Our apartment offers alpine comfort spread over two levels. The first floor features a bedroom with balcony, a bathroom with a Raindance shower, and a separate WC with AquaClean function. The adjoining private “Liemers Relax Area” includes a panoramic Swiss pine sauna, rain shower, and a quiet room—perfect for unwinding after an adventurous day. Upstairs, the fully equipped living and dining area invites you to cook and enjoy time together. The spacious rooftop sun terrace with heat lamps offers a breathtaking panoramic view over Hinterglemm.

Cancellation policy
If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 29 days to 7 days before arrival:
70 % of the total amount of the booked stay
7 days until day of arrival:
90 % of the total amount of the booked stay
No-show or early departure:
In case of no-show, unoccupied rooms or early departure, 100 % of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
