Rooms & Suites

  • Double room used as single: surcharge per night 30% (summer), 50% (winter)

  • Discount for third bed (ages 15 - 99): 10%

  • Family room: price per night for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children up to 14 years (surcharge for 4 adults: 10% summer; 15% winter); suite for 4 persons on request

  • Deduction for room with breakfast only (deduction for dinner): €10.00 (summer), €15.00 (winter) per person and night

  • Short stay surcharge up to 3 nights: €15.00 (summer), €25.00 (winter) per person and night

  • Dogs on request: €20.00 (summer), €25.00 (winter) per night without food (1 animal per booking)

  • Garage: €10.00 per night or €60.00 per week

  • Free Wi-Fi in all rooms

Reduction for children

In the parents’ room (with 2 paying adults):

 

  • 0 - 1.9 years: 90%
  • 2 - 5.9 years: 70%
  • 6 - 10.9 years: 50%
  • 11 - 14.9 years: 30%
Arrival & Booking

Arrival & Departure

 

  • Your room will be ready from 2:00 p.m.
  • We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.

  • We charge a deposit of €400.00 per room.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

 

From 29 days to 7 days before arrival:

70 % of the total amount of the booked stay

 

7 days until day of arrival:

90 % of the total amount of the booked stay

 

No-show or early departure:

In case of no-show, unoccupied rooms or early departure, 100 % of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
