Arrival & Booking

Number of Persons

  • The number of persons arriving = the number of persons booked (including children).
  • For organizational reasons, only the number of persons booked will be accepted.

Arrival & Departure

 

  • Check-In & Check-Out take place exclusively at the Hotel Am Reiterkogel.
  • Your room will be ready from 4:00 PM.
  • We kindly ask you to vacate your lodge by 10:00 AM.

Deposit

 

  • The deposit is 40% of the total price.
  • The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit.
  • We accept cash, EC cards, and credit cards (MasterCard, Amex & Visa).
  • Billing takes place exclusively at the Hotel Am Reiterkogel.

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Children

  • Children of all ages are welcome!
  • Crib on request.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this period, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. Of course, we will do our best to re-rent any canceled rooms to avoid costs for both you and us.

Because life doesn’t always go as planned—especially when it comes to your well-deserved vacation—we recommend that all guests take out travel cancellation insurance. 

Since we are currently living in uncertain times, we would like to STRONGLY emphasize once again the importance of having travel cancellation insurance!

 

As these are challenging times for us as a business too, we regret that we are unable to offer goodwill solutions in the event of cancellations. We sincerely thank you for your understanding!
