ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Check-in & check-out at the Hotel am Reiterkogel only!
- CHECK-IN: from 4.00 pm
- CHECK-OUT: until 10.00 am

DEPOSIT
- 40% of the total price.
- As soon as we obtain the deposit the reservation is fixed.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT
- Cash, ec card and credit card (Master Card & Visa).
- Accounting at the Hotel am Reiterkogel only!
CHILDREN
- Children are always welcome at our “Liemers Lodge”!
- Cot on request.
BOOKED NUMBER OF GUESTS
- Arriving quantity of persons = booked quantity of persons (including children).
- For organizational reasons we accept the booked quantity of persons only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months prior to arrival. Cancellations received after that time are subject to Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions. Of course, we make every effort to rent out cancelled apartments to other guests, saving unwanted costs both for you and us.

Since we are currently living in uncertain times, we would like to point out to you once again that we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
Since these are challenging times for us as a company, it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer goodwill solutions in the event of cancellations. Thank you for your understanding!
LIABILITY
In accordance with § 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006), the contracting party is liable to the hotelier for any damage he or the guest or other persons who receive the services of the accommodation provider with the knowledge or will of the contracting party.
